Which country do you deliver to?

PLAQ delivers to you everywhere in France, Europe EU and the United Kingdom.

How do you deliver?

We deliver to Paris and neighboring Paris (for the exact list, see below) by courier.

We deliver to the rest of France by Colissimo or Chronopost.

How do deliveries work during the summer?

Due to rising temperatures, during the summer (period which can go from May to August), we only use ChronoFresh for shipments within Metropolitan France.

This shipping method allows our chocolate to stay fresh for the duration of delivery.

For Metropolitan France, once the packages have been entrusted to ChronoFresh, delivery times can vary from 24 hours to 48 hours (working days) for the majority of orders.

Prices:
Delivery charges via Chronofresh are as follows:
- €15 for orders up to €80
- €7 for orders between €80 and €100
Delivery is free for orders over €100.

How quickly is my order prepared and sent?

Colissimo and Chronopost shipments - Metropolitan France and Europe

Packages are prepared and shipped the same day for all orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday. After 1 p.m., orders are shipped the following day (Tuesday to Friday).

Deliveries by courier - Paris and neighboring Paris

During the week, deliveries are made from Monday to Friday provided that the recipient is present when the courier passes.

- For any order placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped the same day (time to be confirmed).

- For all orders placed after 1 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, delivery is guaranteed the next day (time to be confirmed).

- For all orders placed between Friday 1 p.m. and Sunday evening, delivery is guaranteed from Monday (time to be confirmed).

On weekends, deliveries are possible only on request (to the address contact@plaqchocolat.com). On Sunday, a supplement of €5 will be added to the delivery costs.

Aubervilliers, Bagnolet, Boulogne-Billancourt, Charenton-le-Pont, Clichy, Gentilly, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Ivry-sur-Seine, Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, Les Lilas, Levallois-Perret, Malakoff , Montreuil, Montrouge, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Pantin, Saint-Denis, Saint-Mandé, Saint-Ouen, Vanves, Vincennes.

During busy periods (Easter, Christmas), or when out of stock, order preparation times as well as delivery times may be extended.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, the day before or after public holidays.

How to track my order ?

When your order has been shipped (or is ready at PLAQ for collection from the Manufacture), you will receive an email notifying you and informing you of the carrier's tracking number. For shipments via Colissimo or Chronopost, you will also receive an e-mail from the carrier who will deliver your order, accompanied by the tracking number.

How does collection work at the Manufacture?

In the case of an order with in-store collection, you are expected at the PLAQ Manufacture at 4 rue du Nil Paris 2nd, during opening hours. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
This order will be kept for 10 days from this date.

On opening days, collection is possible the same day for orders placed before 1 p.m.
During busy periods (Easter, Christmas), order preparation times may be extended.

How do returns and refunds work?

The 7-day withdrawal period does not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable, agri-food products, such as goods sold by the website www.plaqchocolat.com.

However, it is possible to make a modification or a cancellation can take place if the order has not yet left our factory. If the cancellation request is validated, the customer will then be refunded the entirety of their order.

Any request for modification or cancellation must be sent by email to the email address contact@plaqchocolat.com to be taken into account.

If the order has been handed over to the carrier, no modification or cancellation can be taken into account and the price of the order will not be refunded.
