Organic Idukki cocoa beans from Kerala, India (46%), organic blond cane sugar from the state of São Paulo, Brazil (28%), organic cow’s milk powder (26% fat) from Pays de la Loire, France (14%), organic non-deodorized and traceable cocoa butter (origin varies depending on harvests) (12%).
Hazelnut praliné insert: IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italy (68%), organic blond cane sugar (17%), organic cocoa butter (15%), fleur de sel from Guérande, France. No lecithin.

A slight natural whitening may appear on these praliné chocolates after a few weeks.
