Idukki 58% cow's milk chocolate, a bean from India, is very aromatic: the impression in the mouth is gently tangy then caramelized and creamy.

Organic Idukki cocoa beans from Kerala India (46%), organic unrefined cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (28%), organic cow's milk powder (26% fat) from Pays de la Loire France (14% ), natural and traceable organic cocoa butter, origin varying depending on the harvest (12%). Without lecithin.

A slight natural whitening may appear on these praline chocolates after a few weeks.
This is due to their richness in nuts, their low sugar content, and the absence of any additives or preservatives.
This phenomenon does not affect the taste or quality of the chocolates.
