Hazelnut praline : IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont Italy (68%), organic blonde cane sugar from São Paulo Brazil (17%), non-deodorised and traceable organic cocoa butter from various origins according to harvest (15%) and Guérande flower of salt from France.

Pistachio praline : DOP pistachios from Bronte Sicily (64%), organic blonde cane sugar (21%), organic cocoa butter (15%) and flower of salt). Or almond praline (Ferragnès almonds from Drôme France (64%), organic blonde cane sugar (21%), organic cocoa butter (15%) and flower of salt.

Buckwheat praline : Ferragnès almonds from Drôme France (33%), buckwheat from Nouvelle-Aquitaine France (26%), organic blonde cane sugar (21%), organic cocoa butter (13%), sobacha seeds from Japan (7%) and flower of salt.

Peanut praline (peanuts from Nouvelle-Aquitaine France (64%), organic blonde cane sugar (21%), organic cocoa butter (15%) and flower of salt). Or pecan praline (pecans from Mexico (64%), organic blonde cane sugar (21%), organic cocoa butter (15%) and flower of salt.
