Thomas Graham, a creative and curious Anglo-American chef, developed his talent in France, with a playful and ingenious cuisine. Having passed through Noma (***), Geranium (***) and Äponem (*), he places great importance on the quality of the products and the readability of his plates. Thomas is a rising star on the Parisian scene and stands out with daring recipes that highlight remarkable products. Thomas Graham elegantly handles PLAQ cocoa and chocolate in masterful dishes.

Cocktail, with or without alcohol, imagined solely for the event, by a talented mixologist, Guillaume Castaignet (former Head bartender of the classic café) who will soon open his Mesures bar.
