THE BOSS
Ella Aflalo is a French chef who studied at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. She began her career alongside three-star chef Arnaud Donckele for

She became known to the general public by participating in the show "Top Chef" in 2018. After a few years in South America, Ella moved to Marseille and opened Yima ~

In 2022, Ella took over the kitchens of the prestigious Luma contemporary art foundation in Arles. Her cuisine is known for its delicacy, precision and creativity. Over the past three years, Ella has collaborated with prestigious brands and continues to innovate while honoring her culinary roots.
