Kumquat brings a lively tangy touch, delicate and juicy flavors. Dehydrated fruits are very concentrated in aromas.

Long time! All kumquats are cut into slices and then quartered by hand. They are placed on a rack and spend 24 hours in our dehydrator. The fruits have lost their water and their aromas are ultra concentrated.

Dark and Orange. And finally it's good but it's also beautiful, dark and orange, a combination that we like!

Gran Nativo organic cocoa beans from Piura Peru (76%), unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (24%) and dehydrated kumquats from Italy. Without lecithin. No added cocoa butter.
