IDUKKI OAT MILK

This IDUKKI oat milk chocolate is made with one of the two beans that comes to us from Asia.

Idukki comes from Kerala in South India. It is this bean that we liked the most for making a “dark milk” or milky dark chocolate. As we like to say at PLAQ: it's a dark chocolate with a cloud of milk. Even if you are very dark, try the adventure, because it is a completely different experience than the milk chocolates to which we may be accustomed.

This chocolate is above all made with cocoa beans (more than 40%). It is therefore very aromatic: The finish on the palate is gently tangy then caramelized and creamy.

Organic Idukki cocoa beans from Kerala India (46%), organic unrefined cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (26%), organic oat milk powder from Germany (16%), natural organic cocoa butter and traceable origin varying according to harvest (12%). Without lecithin.
