At PLAQ we really like pecans for their subtle taste, finer than walnuts and above all without bitterness. We love its biscuity and roasted notes and its very slightly sweet taste.

We already use it in a bar (the caramel pecan bar) and in a cookie (the maple sugar and pecan cookie), it was time to dedicate a pure pecan praline with little sugar to it and we don't regret it. This praline is a change from the classic Hazelnuts or Pistachios.

This limited edition PLAQ is made in small quantities to guarantee its freshness and intensity.

Kamili organic cocoa beans from Morogoro Tanzania (76%) and unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (24%). Pecan praline insert: pecans from the United States. (64%), unrefined organic cane sugar originating from the state of São Paulo Brazil (21%), natural and traceable organic cocoa butter origin varying depending on the harvest (15%), fleur de sel from South-West France. Without lecithin.
