A praline combining coconut, passion fruit and almonds, enrobed in Kamili 76% dark chocolate.

The naturally sweet, creamy coconut is lifted by the bright tang of passion fruit. Almonds bring delicate biscuit notes, while the chocolate extends the fruitiness and adds depth and intensity. On the palate, the texture is both crisp and smooth.

We hand-scoop every passion fruit to collect the juice and seeds, which we then dehydrate and grind. The result is an intensely aromatic passion fruit powder bursting with flavour.

Passion Fruit, Coconut & Almond Praline: organic grated coconut from Sri Lanka (44%), passion fruit from Vietnam, dehydrated and ground into powder in-house (20%), almonds from Provence (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France) (17%), organic, non-deodorized and fully traceable cocoa butter (origin varies depending on the harvest) (9%), organic blond cane sugar from São Paulo State, Brazil (6%), organic coconut sugar from Indonesia (4%), and Guérande sea salt; coated in Kamili 76% dark chocolate (organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro, Tanzania (76%), sugar (24%)). Cocoa 76% minimum. Lecithin-free.
