Almond praline with almond pieces (almonds from Provence, originating from Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France (64%); organic blond cane sugar from São Paulo State, Brazil (21%); organic, non-deodorized, traceable cocoa butter, origin varying by harvest (15%); fleur de sel from Guérande, France), coated in 76% Kamili dark chocolate (organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro, Tanzania (76%) and sugar (24%)).
Minimum cocoa content: 76%. No lecithin.

A slight natural whitening may appear after a few weeks on this praline chocolate.
This is due to its high almond content, low sugar content, and the absence of any additives or preservatives.
This whitening does not affect the taste or quality of this chocolate.
