Popcorn in a chocolate bar.
A crispy praline with a pronounced corn and popcorn taste thanks to the ingredients used for this new bar: powdered popcorn and whole caramelized popcorn (made at PLAQ in our popcorn machine with organic French corn) and Grand Roux Basque corn polenta (farm corn grown then dried and stone ground by the Arto Gorria collective). These two ingredients are infused and mixed with the sweetness of our almond praline (Ferragnes France).

A pure, raw and delicious chocolate bar. Made in small quantities, as often as possible, to guarantee its freshness and intensity.

Popcorn praline: almond, polenta and popcorn praline (Ferragnes almonds from France (39%), caramel (19%), roasted Grand Roux Basque corn polenta from France (19%), popcorn powder (8 %), natural and traceable organic cocoa butter origin varying according to harvest (15%), fleur de sel from South-West France and whole popcorn coated with Kamili 76% pure dark chocolate (organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro Tanzania (76%), sugar* (24%). Without lecithin. *unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil.
