A dark chocolate bar with a buckwheat and black sesame praline inside. Crispy texture and powerful combination of the tastes of buckwheat and black sesame.

The two strong flavours of buckwheat and black sesame blend perfectly. The sobacha (roasted buckwheat seeds) added to the praline at the end gives the bar a very crunchy texture.

The praliné is made with an almond base, for 2
reasons: One, you need a ‘fatty’ base to make a praliné and
buckwheat and sesame don't have one. Secondly, it's a sweet- tasting fruit that allows the buckwheat and sesame to take centre stage while
binding them together harmoniously.

The fruity notes of Kamili 76% come through on the finish.
