A bar coated in dark chocolate with a buckwheat and black sesame praline filling. It has a crunchy texture and a powerful combination of buckwheat and black sesame flavors.

The pronounced tastes of buckwheat and black sesame blend together on the palate and complement each other perfectly. Sobacha (roasted buckwheat seeds), added at the end to the praline, gives the bar a very crunchy texture.

The praline is made with an almond base for two reasons:
First, a “fatty” base is needed to make a praline, and neither buckwheat nor sesame naturally provide enough fat.
Second, almonds have a mild flavor that allows the buckwheat and sesame to stand out while binding them together harmoniously.

The fruity notes of the Kamili 76% chocolate come through at the end of the tasting experience.

This bar is produced in small batches to ensure freshness and intensity.
