Une vanille très fruitée, comme dans nos souvenirs, qui au contact des amandes caramélisées et du lait prend une saveur biscuitée, intense et longue en bouche.
Une expérience à la fois croquante et fondante.

Une barre de chocolat pure, brute et fondante. Fabriquée en petites quantités, le plus souvent possible, afin de garantir sa fraîcheur et son intensité. Dans cette barre, peu d’ingrédients, mais les meilleurs. Peu de sucre pour plus de goût. Et bien sûr, le chocolat au bout des doigts.

Vanilla almond praline with almond pieces (Provence almonds from Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France (64%), organic blond cane sugar from São Paulo State, Brazil (17%), organic non-deodorised cocoa butter, fully traceable and origin varying according to harvests (15%), organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Guérande sea salt, France) coated in Lait de Vache Idukki 58% chocolate (organic Idukki cocoa beans from Kerala, India (46%), sugar (28%), organic cow’s milk powder (Pays de la Loire, France) (14%), organic cocoa butter (12%). Cocoa content: minimum 58%. Lecithin-free.

A slight natural whitening may appear on this praline chocolate after a few weeks.
It is due to its high almond content, its low sugar level, and the absence of any additives or preservatives.
This whitening does not affect either the taste or the quality of the chocolate.
