These shortbread biscuits are made in our Paris workshops, in small batches, using our hands as the only tool and time as the only enhancer of flavour.

A balance of texture and taste. Little sugar. No eggs. No additives or preservatives.

And always our obsession: working with the finest ingredients, sourced from producers who share our commitment to quality, the protection of living things, and the environment.

Organic heritage wheat flour from Marne, France (30%), churned butter from Yvelines, France (28%), Kamili 76% dark chocolate chips (13%) (organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro, Tanzania (76%) and organic blond cane sugar from São Paulo State, Brazil (24%)), organic blond cane sugar (11%), whole roasted Provence almonds, ground by us, from Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France (9%), Idukki cocoa powder from Kerala, India (6%), and whole milk from Yvelines, France (3%). Coated with Kamili 76% dark chocolate.
