These shortbread biscuits are made in our workshops in Paris, in small batches, using only our hands as tools and time as the sole flavor enhancer.
Our pure chocolate is present in nano PLAQ form. A balance between texture and taste. Low in sugar. No additives or preservatives.

Sweet almond pastry: organic flour from Marne, France (40%), churned butter from Yvelines, France (23%), organic blond cane sugar from the state of São Paulo, Brazil (27%), whole almonds from Provence, roasted and ground in-house, from Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France (12%), free-range eggs from Mayenne, France (9%), and fine Guérande sea salt, France.
Nano PLAQ Pure Idukki 76% dark chocolate: pure Idukki 76% dark chocolate (organic cocoa beans from Idukki, Kerala, India (76%) and unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo, Brazil (24%)). Minimum 76% cocoa. Lecithin-free. No added cocoa butter.
