Whole Avellino chestnuts from Naples (Italy), candied in Haute-Corse (chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, vanilla pod) coated with pure very dark Maya chocolate Mountain 84% (organic Maya Mountain cocoa beans Toledo Belize (84%) and unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (16%)) and sprinkled with PLAQ cocoa nibs.
