PLAQ Maya Mountain 76% Inclusions Dehydrated Meyer lemons.

Lemon brings a sweet tangy touch, floral flavors and notes of passion fruit and flower honey. Dehydrated fruits are very concentrated in aromas and give a silky and long taste in the mouth.

Long time! All the lemons are cut into slices and then quartered by hand. They are placed on a rack and spend 24 hours in our dehydrator. The fruits have lost their water and their aromas are ultra concentrated.

Meyer lemons are less acidic than other varieties and have a sweet taste that goes perfectly with Maya Mountain, at PLAQ we are fans!

Notes of citrus and passion fruit. Of flower honey. Of panela sugar (rapadura). Silky and long in the mouth. Tangy sweet and floral flavors of Meyer lemon.

Organic Maya Mountain cocoa beans from Toledo Belize (76%), organic unrefined cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (24%) and organic Meyer lemons from Var France dehydrated by PLAQ. Without lecithin. No added cocoa butter.
