Pecan has a subtle and finer taste than walnuts. It has less bitterness and goes very well with chocolate. It has biscuity and roasted notes, and a slightly sweet taste. The pecans are coated in milk chocolate for a sweet combination of pecan and chocolate, the balance is perfect. The slight caramelization adds a crunchy texture.

Whole pecans from South Africa, caramelized and coated with pure Idukki cow's milk chocolate 58% (organic Idukki cocoa beans from Kerala India (46%), unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (28% ), organic cow's milk powder (26% fat) origin Pays de la Loire France (14%), natural and traceable organic cocoa butter origin varying according to harvest (12%) and fleur de sel South-West France.
