COCOA NIBS PASSION FRUIT NOUGATINE

This nougatine is a combination of cocoa nibs (roasted cocoa bean nibs) and passion fruit, blended and caramelized together. The cocoa nibs are mixed with the passion fruit, and then all the ingredients are dehydrated.

The nougatine comes in the form of a large slab, which is broken by hand into small pieces of random size. The pieces are coated with Maya Mountain 84% pure dark chocolate.

The nougatines are very crunchy. The combination of the sweet acidity of the passion fruit, the fruitiness of the nougat and the cocoa flavour of the chocolate is a real mouthful!

Chips of Maya Mountain cocoa beans from Toledo Belize, passion fruit seeds from the Azores Portugal and natural and traceable organic cocoa butter from different harvests, caramelized and coated with pure very dark Maya Mountain chocolate 84% (from cocoa beans). Maya Mountain organic cocoa from Toledo Belize (84%) and unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (16%). Without lecithin.
