A Pure Milk PLAQ Egg with our Idukki chocolate.

This Idukki cow's milk chocolate is made at PLAQ with one of the two beans that comes to us from Asia.

As we like to say at PLAQ: it's a dark chocolate with a cloud of milk. Even if you are very dark, try the adventure, because it is a completely different experience than the milk chocolates to which we may be accustomed.

We chose it for the PLAQ Pur egg because it is very aromatic: the impression in the mouth is gently tangy then caramelized and creamy.

India (46%), unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (28%), organic cow's milk powder (26% fat) from Pays de la Loire France (14%), natural organic cocoa butter and traceable origin varying according to harvest (12%). Without lecithin.
