A pure dark PLAQ egg with buckwheat praline insert from Drôme. An exquisite alliance between a fruity chocolate and a praline rich in buckwheat and not very sweet.

A subtle and crispy praline. It is the sobacha (roasted buckwheat seeds) added at the end in the praline which gives this very crunchy texture.
The praline is made with an almond base, for 2 reasons:
One, we need a “fatty” base to make a praline and buckwheat and sesame don’t have one.
Two, it's a fruit with a mild taste which will allow the buckwheat and sesame to take over while linking them harmoniously.

The fruity notes of Kamili 76% emerge at the end of the mouth.

Buckwheat praline insert: almonds from Drôme France (43%), buckwheat from Nouvelle-Aquitaine France (21%), unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (21%), natural and traceable organic cocoa butter ( 15%), sobacha seeds from Japan, fleur de sel from South-West France.
