This IDUKKI cow’s milk chocolate is made with an Indian bean. Idukki comes from Kerala in southern India. It is the bean we liked most for creating a "dark milk" chocolate. As we like to say at PLAQ: it’s a dark chocolate with a cloud of milk. Even if you usually prefer very dark chocolate, try the adventure, as it is a completely different experience from the milk chocolates we may be used to.

This limited edition PLAQ Egg is made in small quantities to guarantee its freshness and intensity.

Juicy and sweet fruitiness (raisins). Dried fruits (hazelnuts). Caramelized and creamy finish.

Organic Idukki cocoa beans from Kerala, India (46%), organic blond cane sugar from São Paulo state, Brazil (28%), organic cow’s milk powder (26% fat) from Pays de la Loire, France (14%), organic non-deodorized and traceable cocoa butter, origin varies depending on the harvest (12%). Without lecithin.
