Organic Idukki cocoa beans from Kerala, India (46%), organic light cane sugar from São Paulo, Brazil (28%), organic cow’s milk powder (26% fat) from Pays de la Loire, France (14%), organic non-alkalized, traceable cocoa butter, origin varying by harvest (12%). Hazelnut praline filling: IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, Italy (64%), organic light cane sugar (21%), organic cocoa butter (15%), fleur de sel from Guérande, France. No lecithin.


A slight natural whitening may appear on this praline chocolate after a few weeks.
This is due to its richness in nuts, its low sugar content, and the absence of any additives or preservatives.
This phenomenon does not affect the taste or quality of the chocolate.
