When our pure 76% dark chocolate meets the delicious, perfectly roasted specialty coffee by Tanat, it becomes a Plaq 76% dark chocolate coffee praline.

The profile of this Rwandan coffee (Rugori Experimental – Washed Anaerobic) is bright and indulgent. It brings its delicious notes of cranberry and chocolate into our praline. A sensation of chocolate biscuit, with a coffee flavor that is neither too strong nor astringent, but smooth, elegant, and uplifting.

Organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro, Tanzania (76%) and organic blond cane sugar from the State of São Paulo, Brazil (24%). Cocoa content: minimum 76%.

Coffee praline insert: Lauranne almonds from Pays Cathare, Aude, France (60%), organic blond cane sugar (20%), unrefined and fully traceable organic cocoa butter, origin varying depending on harvests (14%), Boa Esperança coffee beans from Minas Gerais, Brazil (6%), roasted by Tanat (specialty coffee, Paris), Guérande sea salt, France. Lecithin-free.

A slight natural whitening may appear after a few weeks on this praline chocolate. It is due to its high almond content, low sugar level, and the absence of any additives or preservatives. This whitening does not affect the taste or quality of the chocolate.
