When our 76% pure dark chocolate meets the delicious specialty coffee perfectly roasted by Tanat, it creates a pure dark chocolate coffee praline bar.

The profile of this coffee from Rwanda (Rugori Experimental - Washed Anaerobic) is vibrant and indulgent. It brings delightful notes of cranberry and chocolate to our praline. A chocolate biscuit-like experience with a coffee flavour that is neither too powerful nor astringent, but smooth and uplifting.

Organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro, Tanzania (76%) and organic blond cane sugar from the State of São Paulo, Brazil (24%). Minimum 76% cocoa.

Coffee praline insert: Provence almonds from Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France (60%), organic blond cane sugar (20%), non-deodorized and traceable organic cocoa butter, origin varying according to harvests (14%), Rugori Experimental coffee beans from Nyamasheke, Rwanda (6%), roasted by Tanat (specialty coffee, Paris), Guérande fleur de sel, France.No lecithin.

A slight natural whitening may appear after a few weeks on this praline chocolate. It is due to its high almond content, low sugar level, and the absence of any additives or preservatives. This whitening does not affect the taste or quality of the chocolate.
