It was time to try the nut at PLAQ, we were just waiting to find the right one...
We discovered the Noyeraie des Borderies, its high-quality organic walnuts and its founder during a stay in Cognac.
A wonderful family adventure of passionate nut growers.

This nut is mild and does not have the astringency or bitterness sometimes found in walnuts.
Its flavor is pleasant with slightly toasted, biscuity and buttery notes and its slight taste of hazelnuts.
The alliance with chocolate is caressing: the fruitiness of the chocolate takes on notes of sweet caramel on contact.
In the mouth, the texture is melting (thanks Omega-3!) but we have kept a very slight crunchiness to add a little relief.

Organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro Tanzania (76%), organic blond cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (24%). Minimum 76% cocoa. Praline insert with nuts: organic nuts from the Noyeraie des Borderies from Charente France (68%), organic blond cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (17%), organic natural and traceable cocoa butter, origin varying according to the harvest (15%), fleur de sel from Guérande France. Lecithin-free.
