So when the harvest has been good: French almonds: Ferragnes in Drôme (sourced from Amandon du soleil) or even better: Amandes Estillettes in Roussillon (sourced from Hervé Lauzier almond grower). And also delicious, the Agrigento almonds from Sicily in Italy from the Terrazzino farm.
