Our diet and our relationship with living things are at the heart of contemporary issues. How can we use food to re-enchant a world where the quality of what we eat has declined? Re-learn, Re-educate, Reintegrate But yes, we can do all that while eating! This is the role given to two associations working around fair, sustainable and diversified “eating”. The Edible School advocates for good, clean and fair food education for our children starting in school. Refugee Food believes in cooking and restaurants as a means of reintegration for refugees.
