At PLAQ, there are two ways to prepare hot chocolate: the water version, purer and intensely chocolatey, or the milk version, sweeter and more regressive.
PLAQ Hot Chocolate - Water Recipe
For 300ml of hot chocolate (approximately 2 people)
- 80g PLAQ ground chocolate
- 250ml of water
When the first bubbles appear all over the surface, remove the pan from the heat and whisk for 30 seconds to a minute by hand.

PLAQ Hot Chocolate - Milk Recipe
For 300ml of hot chocolate (approximately 2 people)
- 80 g PLAQ ground chocolate
- 210 ml of fresh organic whole milk
- 40 ml of water
When the first bubbles appear all over the surface, remove the pan from the heat and whisk for 30 seconds to a minute by hand.
Pour into cups and enjoy.
