Use for all your recipes with chocolate by melting it in a bain-marie or directly by pouring a hot liquid over it.

Be careful this is not cocoa powder,
it is the same chocolate as our bar Pur Noir Kamili 76%.

Kamili organic cocoa beans from Mororogo Tanzania (76%) and unrefined organic cane sugar from the state of São Paulo Brazil (24%). Without lecithin. No added cocoa butter.
