Few people know chocolate as well as Spencer Hyman. His passion for artisanal chocolate began in the 1990s, during his travels in the United States.
After a varied career that included launching Last.fm and making Cabbage Patch dolls in Asia, Spencer turned his attention to chocolate in 2013. Since then, he has become a passionate advocate for artisanal chocolatiers around the world.
Today, he hosts chocolate tastings, judges international competitions, and speaks regularly on television and at conferences such as the World Cocoa Conference and the Academy of Chocolate. Passionate about flavor, he is constantly exploring new ways to pair chocolate with other artisanal products such as wine and coffee.

The round tables will be held at the PLAQ Manufacture-boutique at 4 rue du Nil, Paris 2nd, from October 30 to November 8, 2024.
