Chloe Doutre-Roussel
Chloe is an internationally recognized author, consultant, educator, and expert on specialty cocoa and quality chocolate. Specializing in the bean-to-bar movement since its inception in the USA, she travels the world giving lectures, trainings, and consulting to cocoa farmers, cocoa exporters, culinary schools, and chocolate brands.

Nathalie Duperrier
Married since 1992, Nathalie and Christian Duperrier worked together in the retail sector for 25 years in Brittany. Inspired by the development of Bean-to-Cup and Bean-to-Bar in the United States, they sold their stores in 2017 to launch a new project in Chamonix: a specialty coffee and cocoa factory. Their mission: to show the immense biological and taste diversity of coffee and cocoa.

The round tables will be held at the PLAQ Manufacture-boutique at 4 rue du Nil, Paris 2nd, from October 30 to November 8, 2024.
