We taste and select the best and rarest cocoa beans available on the market. Each bean comes from agroforestry cocoa tree. We transform them slowly in chocolate within our manufacture boutique in the heart of Paris. We master manage each step of the chocolate making from the bean to the mouth. A craft work with the obsession for the taste to create a bare and pure chocolate.
